Ardmore Banking Advisors Announces Todd Sardich, VP of Risk Management Consulting


Ardmore Banking Advisors is pleased to announce the hire of Todd Sardich as Vice President of Risk Management Consulting.

In his new role, one of Todd’s main focuses will be on delivering Ardmore’s due diligence and other risk management services to banks in the Midwestern region. Clients will receive the benefit of his experience in impaired loans, special asset resolution, asset quality analytics, including stress testing, troubled debt restructures (TDRs), lending, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Sardich comes to Ardmore having previously served as Corporate Vice President of Credit Administration and Senior Credit Risk Officer for First Place Financial Corporation, a $3 billion bank with offices in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, where he led credit risk and administration initiatives. His responsibilities included commercial credit underwriting, credit risk management, credit policy and administration, loan review, problem loan management, the calculation and justification for the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL), and asset quality and concentration reporting and analysis.
