James P. McKee, Executive Vice President and Principal

James Mckee is executive vice president and principalMr. McKee is an experienced senior executive with extensive regulatory experience. He works directly with clients to counsel them on working with regulators, assist with regulatory issues, and help limit risk associated with state and federal banking regulations.

Before arriving at Ardmore Banking Advisors, Mr. McKee served as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Senior Lender for National State Bank of Elizabeth, NJ. While there, he set and implemented credit policy, determined adequacy of loan loss reserve, and directed commercial lending, corporate loan problem resolution, credit administration, loan operations and international activities.

Previously, Mr. McKee acquired more than 25 years of regulatory experience as National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where he was Examiner-in-Charge of regional banks with assets of $1 billion to $10 billion. He was also in charge of Shared National Accounts in New York and Philadelphia for the OCC, and a member the task force that rewrote compliance procedures and taught national OCC investment and credit seminars.
